Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation for any reason must be received in writing by April 15, 2020 to generate a refund, and a $50 administrative charge will be deducted. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date. Registration fees are not transferable to another attendee or meeting.

Nursing/paramedic/medical student, and medical resident registration refunds will be charged a $25 administrative fee.
