Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please submit registration payment within 24 hrs . No payment submitted will result in the cancellation of your registration.

 

Cancellation for any reason must be received in writing by April 27, 2023 to generate a refund, and a $30 administrative charge will be deducted. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date. Registration fees are not transferable to another attendee or meeting.

Nursing/paramedic/medical student, and medical resident registration refunds will be charged a $20 administrative fee.
